HTC is an experienced provider for the National School Lunch Program.  Our Executive Chef and her training clients and line chefs produce meals 224/7 for several hospitals, seniors, schools, offering “from scratch” meals, menus that drive up meal counts, full RDN review, and billing expertise.

The Traveling Café and Catering Company caters All Day Company Meetings, business luncheons, Club Meetings,  dinners, individual parties, Open Houses, Chamber of Commerce Events and any event you’d want to be a Terrific Event!

All meals are prepared with skill and care by our Program Participants at HTC, who are 30 disabled adults training for the Culinary Workplace. They are ably trained and supervised by our Executive Chef Kayrin Coddington and her chefs and job coaches.  Each catering event, and your unique order all support the growth of our Participants!

Design your Event with many ideas from crowd-pleasing buffets to delectable desserts.

We serve buffet dinners at your facility, banquet dinners in our Hall, pick-up catering, or delivered for you to serve.  We’re flexible and creative, ready to customize an event especially for your organization and your event.
